In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Request account deletion.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted after 30 days; you can cancel until then.
Without the app
Email support@cebutaxi.com from the email on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Name, mobile number, email, photo and sign-in details.
- Saved places, preferences, push subscriptions and passkeys.
What is kept
Trip, fare and safety records are kept in anonymised form for up to 5 years, as required for LTFRB compliance, tax and incident investigations under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
